Ozark Quilt Trail Board of Directors is pleased to announce the newest installment of the trail will be unveiled Thursday, January 26th at 4:30 p.m.
The quilt block will be installed at Pulaski County Tourism Bureau and Visitors Center located at 137 St. Robert Boulevard in Saint Robert, MO.
Ozark Quilt Trail Vice President Laura Huffman believes that the installation at the Visitors Center is a perfect location. “I can’t picture a better place to introduce our trail to visitors and tourists to Pulaski County.” She added “the Visitors Center staff will be able to direct visitors to quilt block locations throughout the county. Each block presents a unique photo opportunity; the trail as a whole provides a further look at Missouri folk art and localized history for both residents and travelers.”
The installment will be the fourth quilt block in Pulaski County on the Ozark Quilt Trail. The group will be adding to their project throughout the county, focusing on primary highway locations and then expanding to secondary roads throughout the area.
The public is invited, and encouraged, to attend the unveiling.
